Determine attributes of successful employee for a specific position in order to better select, promote and hire into this critical role.

  • Company was experiencing mixed results across the enterprise based on geographic territories.
     

  • While many factors played into success or failure, the company acknowledged the need to better understand some of the ‘intangibles’ that a person brought to the job.
     

  • Solution included a Structured Job Study using Profiles International, Inc. ProfileXT© tool to measure Cognitive, Behavioral and Occupational Interest aspects of incumbents in order to create a Job Match Pattern.
     

  • Pattern used to assess candidates for match and incumbents to determine opportunities for coaching and development.
