Independent Consulting Company focused on helping companies identify and
overcome business challenges. Dennis K. Williams, President, founded the
Company in 2006 after having spent 20+ years working in, consulting to,
and leading change initiatives in the Banking, Insurance and Health Care
industries.

Mr.
Williams consults in the areas of business strategy, redesigning company
operations, application design and development, and organizational
change. He establishes strategy and vision for transformation
initiatives, identifies organizational and operational gaps, crafts
change programs, manages teams in carrying out successful transformation
projects, and utilizes sound project management and change management
principles to ensure successful implementations.
Whether as an external force or an internal leader given great
responsibility, Dennis Williams has spent his professional life driving
and influencing major organizational change.
Dennis holds an MBA from UNIVERSITY OF
MINNESOTA, Carlson School of Management concentrating in Operations and
Strategic Management. Dennis also earned a BBA at the UNIVERSITY OF
WISCONSIN in Finance, Investment & Banking, and Real Estate and Urban
Land Economics. |
Dennis is active in community based
leadership roles- Acting as a commissioner and coach for local youth
sports associations, as well as taking on adult leadership roles in
local Scouting organizations.
